THE FANTASTICAL WORLD OF FISTBUMP THE SKY
Millions of galaxies away, a giant frog lazily hops through space. Nestled between its shoulders is a deformed cake on which grows a world called FISTBUMP THE SKY
I’m not sure when it started exactly. Maybe it was when I was a kid wanting a place to play without getting scolded for not going to bed on time, or maybe it was when I started writing stories to entertain myself and others, but I always returned to the same world — Fistbump the Sky.
There’s something terrifying about sharing this world with you. I’m constantly questioning whether the world is interesting enough or the writing good enough. The same goes for the illustrations – should I draw more abstractly? Am I drawing too abstract? Or worse, it's not interesting enough. Even though sharing this world with you scares me to the point of sleepless nights, I wanted to give it a shot.
I love learning about others' fantasy worlds. No matter whether it’s made by a world-renowned author or an elementary school student, I think the act of creation is always something to be celebrated.
(Unless, of course, it’s a vampire or a weapon of evil sorcery. Don’t do that.)
Thus here I am, sharing my imagined world with as many “portals” as I could think of. So, choose your path and join me in Fistbump the Sky. It was made to play in, after all.
