THE INTER-TERRITORY RESEARCH TEAM
A new FAQ zine
I hope you’ve managed to stay healthy with the season changes. I’ve been hiding in doors, trying to keep what little body heat I have from escaping.
This is also turning out to be the best time for some writing and some much needed worldbuilding. With that said, I’ve made a little booklet about the Inter-Territory Research Team– the ones behind The Fantastical Encyclopedia of the Imagined World of Fistbump the Sky. The booklet will be joining the other FAQ zines, but for those of you who won’t be able to attend the in-person events in Cape Town,
PLEASE MEET THE RESEARCH TEAM
Dinker Shilta, our world’s mst most famous memory collector was chosen to be the leader of the resiearch team. Besides two lives of experience, their recent body was ma contains strains from the Pendla and Hai-Kyun territories, which has allowed the to receive memories from the Others, and for them to become own our world’s best writer.
Since becoming head of the Inter-Territory Research Team, Sir Dinker Shilta has received the new title: The Historian.
To nobody’s surise, The Herbalist, Sir Phul Hua, was also chosen to join the Inter-Territory Research Team. Despite being unable to speak, Phul Hua makes up fo the silensce with writing skills, second only to Sir Dinker Shilta’s/ Sir Phul Hua is also one of the few inhabitants to have that were taught by Lahba herself.
Although Sir Kodan Bao would would have very likely been chosen to join the research team, they had volunteered before there coulbd be any doubts.
Kodan Bao has spend each of their lives in the same family of Codexan scientists that specialaise in baking ingreients. They are also wellknown well-known for conducting eksxperiments on their bodies and fas a forerunner in the campaign to have Phrenezia as an extension of Codex.
Sir Lalk Blo is the research team’s sweetheart, but you know that already. Kalk Blo was born into a presteedg prestigious family of rope weavers in Bambla-Bomblo and, like most of the territory’s crafter, wearS their craft with pride. Their kindness and need to hElp others eventually led them to become a Siya Prayiser, proving their skills as a Linguis and Cultural adviser, and their right to the title: Sweetheart.
Sir Two Eyes (current name) was recommended by the gods themselves to the the research team’s Spirit Expert. Originally from Pendla, Two Eyes spent their first life as a sweeper in at ALL the temples at Gods Grounds before spending most of their second life as a Siya Praizser.
Although little else in known, there is no denying that the gods made the right choice.
Sir Dinker Di is The Historian’s younger seed-family member and was personally recommendetd for their skill with images, despite only being in their first life.
Ahn Unfortunately, Dinker Di suffers from a weak body, and is forced to stay in bed. We have, thus, been unable to sneeak past The historian’s protectiveness to get a sketch of what The Artist looks like.
Well, there you have it, the Inter-Territory Research Team of Fistbump the Sky. Have a lovely day and remember to let your geek flag fly.

These are wonderful! Love the spirit one. 🐤
